We raise Aubrac cattle, renowned for the quality of their meat. Our cattle graze in the meadows adjacent to our farm in Sondrio, in the mountain pastures and alpine pastures.
Grazing ensures that our cattle have a natural diet and optimal well-being: this is how we obtain healthier, tastier, and more nutritious meat.
The meat is sold by reservation, in packs of 5, 10, or 20 kg: a system that allows us to make the most of every cut and guarantee maximum freshness, avoiding any kind of waste.
